Arrived at 1130 to NW winds and bad visibility. Plenty of snow there. Winds were in the low 20's but very gusty. I rode in a cloud for about 45 minutes and it seemed to be clearing. I went back to the car and picked up the Manta and by the time I got back at 2 it was mostly clear. Rode for another hour and a half till the ski patrol kicked me out. The wind was changing to more W/SW as the day went on.
Tomorrow the conditions may favor Monte Cristo. Look for real time winds at Pow Mow of at least 25-30mph. The snow at Monte is deep and wind direction is irrelevant. Any wind direction works there.
