3/19 Craig's Where to Freeze

Too cold for liquid wind riding, ant not much wind anyway. Rush might get some planable
North winds in the 8/16M range between Noon and 3 PM. Also a chance for 14M winds
at Lincoln around 6 PM. The smart move is to hit the mountains.

Tomorrow a slight improvement in air temps, but not much wind.

Weds, a DC thermal in the 7.5/14M range around Noon for a couple of hours, with
air temps maybe skirting 60.
