From 7:30 to about 9:00 it was SW, S, then the dreaded SE with its wretched supergusts and holes. You know, where you hook in, then fall in to windward? Planing on my 6.7 about 25-30% of the time. Definitely not the G-ville wind machine we know and love. Best wind was 7:00-7:45, when it was SW. Maybe dawn patrol tomorrow. Mike, Jim and Steve out on various sail sizes, too. I left at 9:30 as it appeared to be settling down to merely gusty. Hope my leaving accomplished something and you guys got some steadier wind.
Road's been graded on one side. Very nice improvement. Lots of horned larks, and a momma goose with 15 microducklings, way cute.
