4th of July DC Day 13

Postby bradsaxe » Thu Jul 05, 2012 6:05 pm

Well it's been raining most of the day, thankfully, and now it's late in the day so it's looking like my streak has ended at 13 in a row after yesterday's session.

It only lasted about an hour on our biggest kites but it was fun enough. Not too many folks out, just myself, Trina, Jason, Andy, a Naish rider and a Best rider. I guess everybody is in beautiful Oregon leaving us to kite for America DC style. Had to follow it up with a ball game and a hot dog in the big city. Happy birthday USA.

Congrats Brad! It's too bad you didn't have GPS, you probably have some kind of record for walking the most miles on dry land with a kite in the air.

yes should have brought land boards and ride them to the beach then switch to boards.
DC has dropped fast I had the whole family out and that was a long walk to the beach...
