7/6 Rush is not Dead yet 21m

Rush was sweet today. I love it when the water is so low that the surface is glass. I could see the clouds and blue sky reflected in the water. Rode nicely powered from 1 to 4 this afternoon.

I just missed Kenny leaving, I got there around 6 and rode my 17m Waroo until 8. It was good but had a few lulls where I had to sign the kite to keep my speed. Once you drop planning a few inches the moss monsters grab you and pull you in. It was so warm water and clear I took some video mounted on my kite but it only shows my wake on the water since i had the camera set too far back. You may already know but on the east side near the beach is a fence post with 20 or so feet of barbed wire in the water partially covered with moss. You could see it clearly if you are looking but man that would be painful if you ever got wrapped in it.
