8/24 Craig's Where to Ride

Grantsville is up enough this AM for some 6M sail rides, and will probably last until the typical 11 AM. DC
looks to have SW winds in the 7/14M range today from 11 AM to 2 PM or so, before devolving into gust and holes.
The best bet today is probably Sulfur Creek, and just in time for the UWA campout. Look for 6.5 sail conditions
up there (or really gusty 12M Kite conditions) from Noon until 6PM with sunny 79 degree skies. UL South launches
look to have 14M Kite conditions from about 3 until 7 or 8PM.

Tomorrow, Sulfur looks like the best (and only) bet for wind in the 7.5 sail range in the afternoon, and more
campout fun.

Sunday, a return to a DC favored pattern with planable SW winds up there.

-Craig

p.s. wish I could be at the campout, but Rockwell Collins has seen fit to ship me off to California
to ride herd on some final circuit board assemblies, this weekend.
