I try to start the season off on a windy forecast, but it is getting later in the Spring,
so it is probably time to start up the forecasting, even though the potential for
good wind today is marginal, and rain will be likely. If you must get out and get your
fix, there will probably be rainy, cold, swirly, really gusty 8/16M conditions at DC around 3PM.

Tomorrow, look for gusty WNW winds PM at UL lincoln in the 12M range, with the clouds
and rain clearing out by about 4PM.

Weds doesn't look windy.
