8/21 Craig's late forecast

No wind at DC yet, but I expect some 9/18M conditions around 3 for a couple of hours.

Tomorrow, more DC 9/18M conditions PM for a couple of hours.

Saturday still more light but planable DC, and maybe some 9M sail conditions at Sulfur Creek, if you're
really lucky.
