I don't see a lot of wind out there today, but it was cold last night, so, probably planable puffs
in the 9/18M range at DC around 1 for a couple of hours (might be more likely down by the dam).
Also, Vern got the goods yesterday at Pineview, and the weather is very similar today, so look for PM
14M Kiteable action up there .....maybe). Air temps might hit 55 early afternoon
at the mountain lakes.

Tomorrow, Grantsville looks promising for AM 6M sail conditions, and DC looks good for PM
7/14M condition, with the air temps hitting 60 degrees up there mid day.

Weds, fairly gusty, but very planable North winds at Rush and UL, with PC skies and air temps
backing down to mid 50s.
