Still marginal, but DC looks a little better than yesterday. Maybe get a couple of hours of 8/16 up there around 2PM.
Tomorrow looks like today.
Thursday a weak weather disturbacnce moves through and juices up the SW wind a little bit for planable conditions
at Grantsville, and DC.
