Some chance for 8/16 North conditions at UL South launches from 5 until 9 is about your
best bet, and it will depend on how clear the skies become, but at this point at least
it's possible. Could be a good time for Kiters to check out the water level at Rush also,
where 16M conditions might come up around 3PM.
