Utah lake still the call for NW 8/16M conditions from 4 until about 8 PM
under mostly sunny skies. Sulfur Creek with reasonably steady West 8/16 Noon
until 4,
Tomorrow, Lighter NW wind at UL will flirt with double digits around the dinner hour.
Maybe some desperation winging possible, but I think too light for sails or kites.
Thursday, desperation winging at DC PM is possible. Otherwise nada.
