Where to Ride 9/20

Cold and rainy, but of you're up for that, UL launches will be the call.
I'd look for strong conditions at SSB and Lincoln
by about Noon. If it's too strong or too gusty, give it an hour as it
should back off slightly and get steadier as it gets later. Less clouds
and rain as the afternoon progresses also. Windsurfers can head for
Saratoga Springs Park/ Pelican Point. Should be pretty good 5.5 North
conditions there from about Noon on. Expect to get rained on for the
first couple of hours, then some minor clearing.

Dress for a cold day in the water, and don't try to ride the lightning.
