If the rain and clouds would clear, It'd be good DC material, or even MM19,
as it is chances are slim. Should be sunnier at Utah Lake though,
so a fester might be more enjoyable there. Slight chance for a
dusk Kite board session at ULSSB on huge Kites. There's always
some potential for T-storm induced wind just about anywhere if
you wait long enough.

Tomorrow doesn't look very windy, but Monday the flow switches North,
should be some good stuff for Kiters late afternoon/early evening.
