A beautiful late fall day. Still looks like DC is the best bet
for 7.5/18M conditions from 3 PM on. You could get
similar rides at Sulfur Creek, where it'll be 55 Degrees today,
but DC is closer and warmer.
Sunday looks like 6.5 conditions at DC, and Monday looks like
fine UL conditions for Kite boarding,
