If you can get out before Noon, you might avoid the rain.
Looks like 6.5- 5.5 conditions at Grantsville for Windsurfers.
That same wind will be gusting strong at Rush, so be very careful
if you Kite out there. It will only get stronger and gustier.

By afternoon, I expect there tor be 5.5ish material at MM19 along with most of the South end of UL, and Mona, but you might be riding in the snow at times. Unstable air out there for you Kiters. I expect some gusty
(and cold and rainy/snowy) 5.5 conditions at DC and Jordanelle in the
PM also.

Less clouds would have been better, but if you risk it you might get some
good rides (and some bad).

Tomorrow looks like snow on the beach, cold, but steady Strong North for
the hardy.
