I think you're taking your life in your hands if you try and ride today,
with a max temp of 39 degrees, and blowing snow/rain, but there should
be pretty consistent very strong winds at Rush and Utah lake from the North
PM. It looks South at UL right now, but I don't see that lasting much into
the PM. I'd recommend waiting at least until tomorrow, when it will be about
10 degrees warmer and just raining by the PM.
The smart move for Kiters might be a Snow Kite session, be prepared for
some strong winds, and low vis.
Friday might provide some residual North, and Saturday might give up
some DC planers late afternoon on a weak thermal.
