Not much wind today. Kiters can probably get some planable conditions
at Rush PM. Think huge. Windsurfers could hang at the DC beaches and
watch as teaser gusts roll through PM, might even get a planer or 2,
but there are a lot of PM clouds coming in.

Look for better conditions tomorrow and Friday at DC,
