Looks like crank'n Windsurfer rides at Grantsville AM. Looks to
be in the sub 5.0 category until 1 PM or so.
Kiters can get rides at Rush PM medium sized kites and gusty.
Sulfur and DC probably 8.5 from about 2 PM on.
