It is not for everyone, but for those willing to take the risk of getting their lines eaten or bodies slimed by the mud, it is the best kiteboarding on the planet. Reminds me of going skiing on the deep-powder blizzard days when the roads were so bad that you weren't sure if you could make it to the top and you knew that once you got there, there was a chance that the best lines might not open all day due to avalanche control, but when you got a taste of it, you knew it was all worthwhile.
Fellow mud bathers yesterday - Stokes, Chris and Alex Hedquist, Gar, and Ralph. Ralph, sorry about the moss. It was awesome (in a sadistic sort of way) watching you fly your 15M Waroo with 100 LBS of moss on each line - What a sight! Thank you for letting me use your Session 141 - amazing board.
Rode for an hour or so on a 16M Waroo. Then took a big risk and flew the big foil - SilverArrow for about another hour. Escaped the moss monsters. So sad it will all be over soon
