Annual wind trip to Hood River, and just had a blast....no sutures required this year. First day7-22 was a nice warm up with a 5.7 on a mistral energy for 3 hours on the water. 7-23 I went lower and lower and ended up on a 3.9 rush on a 8.3 Shuler for a long session. 7-24 was an epic day at swell city....3.9 and the good ole lanny shuler again. It was an almost blown off the water day on 7-26 sailing the hook to hatch on a 3.4 on a mistral wave and the shuler. The last sailing was 7-27 at rowena on a 4.5 and the mistral energy 8.9 for an hour and a half till things went flat and gave me an excuse to drive home. Can I say....I love that place.
