More, better wind today. Sulfur will be best in the 6.5-5.5 range this PM.
DC should be much more consistent starting around 1 PM and probably
7.5. Rush will be steadier for the Kite board crowd, and less potential
for any thunderhead nuisance. Tomorrow looks planable also.

Rode rush this am from 10-11:30 went from 18m to 9m weather very fast. It is amazing how gusty rush can be even at 10 in the morning.
