Where to Ride 9/12

Postby Craig Goudie » Wed Sep 12, 2007 9:00 am

SUlfur is the call today, unless you can high-tail it to Grantsville right now.
Look for 6.5 conditions AM at Grants, and 6.5 PM conditions at SUlfur.
Marty sees potential for Pineview also.

Again a chance for a DC Thernal PM in the 8.5 range.

Tomorrow is an 8.5 Sulfur day.

Friday and Saturday look like Deercreekers to me.

I was hoping for some UL wind in Craig's forecast. The NOAA forecast keeps changing, so I am just going to just keep my eyes open and my fingers crossed. It looked like it might happen yesterday afternoon, but an isolated nasty formed at the POM and wrecked it.

Les & Marty, I hope you get some PV action today!

zip, zilch, nada. u had me going.

Thought of some potential places for a gage though. One at the water works place just below the spillway, at the city water wells at stringtown point, or one at the boat launch past wind surfer beach. The boat launch I know has power, telephone, and a little shack. I'll run it past the forest service. Wishful thinking, but you never know.

I give up....

I thought there was at least one scenario that was predictable.
