Kitewing - looks like windsurfing on the snow to me. Here are a couple links:

If we do, it'll probably be with kites. The kitewing looks far too much like the old Wind Weapon, an idea whose time never really came. Judging from the Youtube videos of the thing, it looks really twitchy, kind of like holding a fully rigged windsurfing sail overhead in gusting wind. And, although the thing does have harness lines, it doesn't appear that many riders are confident (foolish?) enough to use them. Looks easier to launch and land than a kite, and probably safe, but not nearly as much fun.
