DCIB 9/26 Two for Two at DC and No Theft

Postby whit » Wed Sep 26, 2007 9:20 pm

I saw SND go to 14 gust 20 again today. Arrived at 4:30 with Ralph on the water with his 15M waroo. He said it had just come up. We were parked right at the boat ramp and only 2 boats and trailers used the launch. No rangers came by.

It was a lot lighter than yesterday, so I rigged my 14M waroo and kited from 5 to 6PM on my 7 foot surfboard. Where was DC Jim?

PS My wife, Carolyn is displaying her photos at the Kimball Art Center in Park City until Jan 10, 2008. Artist reception this Friday 6 to 9 PM Everyone welcome.

Thought about going down and rigging a 9.5; probably should have. The wind didn't look very impressive at my house; undoubtedly a bit stronger down there.
