I was itching all morning as I saw the indicator of Sundance really blowing. Arrived at 4 sailed til about 5:45. Jim and I had the whole lake to ourselves at that time. We saw the kiters but I think they had come in from the really big wind. Jim had it nicely wired on his 4.5. We sailed under some darker clouds and eventually got chased off by some quirky wind and a little rain. Air temp was nice, water is getting cooler. So its nice to have someone along with just in case. I was nice and relaxed with my rig (old but reliable sail and I put on the new HPL boom head that worked nicely) so it was a comfortable afternoon. Occasionally you catch a tumbleweed on your fin just below the surface and have to clear it in the cold water but quite worth the price of a "counter" Rob
