Where to Ride 10/13

It's not pretty out there for wind. The best bet is UL launches, and I
think the South end of the lake may be the best, but it won't be great.
Kiters may get some huge gear rides from Noon on with best wind
just before dusk. It looks rainy and cold down there, so if you
go, try and stay warm. If I were a desperate Windsurfer I might
try Saratoga Springs park around 3 PM when there might be a sun break
or 2 for an hour or so to get my 9.5 sail and 150 ltr board planing.

Tomorrow looks pretty windless to me so Kiters might get some
Lowe effect rides at Pineview.

Monday looks like a return to planable thermal action at DC.
