Skyline Friday

As of 8 Am Friday, winds are still light to moderate with blue skies. Clouds are high elevation and coming in, yet do not look to impede visibility for a while. Mesonet shows strong wind west of the Wasatch front, with light winds on the Wasatch plateau and Skyline is being protected from the current front. May do its normal thing and offer up moderate winds while the rest of the valleys get the wind hammer.

Clouds are starting to move quickly indicating strong winds aloft.

Could be a gust fest or maybe a lucky shot before it all blows to hell with this power storm rolling thru. My thought is ride first half of the day and batten down the hatches this evening.
