2-24 PC 7-13m kites

Tons of wind for everyone but the sticky snow was tough. More snowkiter then I have ever seen at once at Richardsons. Funny how some just kept to theirselves. Everyone in the kiting community is kind. Say hi to the person setting up next to you while in PC! Overheard a few egos out there yesterday, sort of a shame.

tough dau for kiting in PC. snow was really sticky, so a bigger kite than usual was needed to plow thru it, but wind was so gusty it was a little scary to go bigger. the gustiness was very on-off-on-off, so the power from the kite was jerkey - very hard to get into any kind of rythm. easily the most people i've ever seen there at once - maybe 12 or so, but kites sat on the ground for a lot of the time as it just wasn't a lot of fun in those conditions. not a great day on the fun factor scale.
