Well, the fence is there, or 17 shishkabob skewers sticking up right in the middle of our riding area waiting for a pesky kiter. It's not a pretty sight. I counted 17 metal fence rods each separated by 30 or 40 feet. You do the math. I actually drove along the east shore right to the fence which is a continuation of the old fence across the lake from our launch spot. We all know this old fence. There is only one wire running between them so that is a bonus. It was hooked up to an old battery so the fence was electric. I'm sure it was put up in late fall. I bet it would be easy to remove and put back up in the fall if we had permission. We need tp contact the owners and ask permission to do this. It's the ranch to the east of Rush not the ranch to the south. Not sure if they are different owners or not. Water is shallow and appears to be at late May levels. It will be interesting to see if it fills up more. I think it will. Had some pleasant but cold rides for about an hour or so. Tons of birds and some deer on the east shore. No ice to be seen anywhere on the lake. 4x4 was needed to get down there but I didn't get stuck. Rush is on for the season

Your the man Jason! Yea it would be nice to try and remove the fence before it gets any deeper. I am willing to help as soon as we get the OK.
