NABX April 5th?

I am trying to head out to the NABX for that weekend, April 5-7. Probably leave Fri. late and come back Sun. night. It is the buggy, KGB event down outside of Vegas. I have never been, so have no clue what it is like.

If anyone else want to go, let me know. I've got a guest room and couch at my Bro's house for those slumming it. Sounds like you can camp out if you want also.

NABX is my favorite event of the year. The vibe is awesome. But, I'm a landboarder, so that might bias me.

If you're into land kiting, go! Bring your small stuff (buggies will want a 3 or 4 meter foil, MTBers maybe will want a 5 meter if you're into jumping), and bring a chair for the windless bits. Great people and fun nights up at the casino.

I can't say I suggest camping unless you have an alpine rig. Anyplace that the dust can get in, it will, and you'll end up dusty and yellow by morning. But the hotel is right there on the edge of the lake.

I'll be out for the pre-event this year, so I'll miss you out there, Mike. But have a good time, and we'll see you out at Burm soon.
