Provo Muni Automated Weather Report

Postby kenonstott » Tue Apr 08, 2008 2:52 pm

I have always used the Provo Muni automated weather report for up-to-date wind readings. Now it just refers you to a radio frequency. Does anyone no if this is a permanent change or just a temporary error? The MESO readings are now 1/hr compared to 3/hour last year so it is getting hard to get any recent readings.

I did receive an email over the weekend from mesowest - they said something about a temporary outage (for seven to ten days.) I don't know if they are related.

Meso is back on line. There are still no wind readings on the automated wind service.
