Skyline on 4/11?

Postby kenclewis » Thu Apr 10, 2008 12:19 pm

Is anyone going to Skyline by chance on Friday. Is the wind going to be any good there?

Thanks!

I was up there yesterday and it was still snowing - 3-4 new inches and dumping when I left. It was good yesterday. it looks good today, and the forecast is still there for tomorrow. I'll probaly be up there.

Looking hella good for Skyline this weekend... still in clouds with yet more fresh snow still falling... and clearing winds from the North in the 20's are fore casted the next couple days.

Heading up in a couple hours for the Thurs afternoon sesh... I'll report here later.

Not to say its the last, but this is the last guarantee of mid-winter powder during mid spring days. Its all a gamble from here.

All this snow makes me want to make a ski movie called " a Convenient Truth" and tell the world about how much powder the western US received and how convenient it was to kite in so many sweet spots. Sorry Al, the ManBearPig got away. Ha, I kill me, see you this weekend for more global cooling.
