We rode sleds 8 Miles from Lake Creek Trailhead, east of Heber,
To Mill Hollow, Curant Creek Intersection. 9750 ft,
with 10,200 ft ridges around us.
Lots of draws and drop offs to play on.
Long canyon facing WNW to funnel the wind to the area.
Very smooth 18 to 20mph wind when we arrived, around 3:00.
Excelent snow conditions, light and fluffy.
We kited till sunset.
+40° 24' 56.28", -111° 10' 43.04"

Congratulations on having pioneered a new high altitude riding area so close to the Wasatch Front (and Back). If I had a sled, I might have beaten you to it; having done some bike riding up there on hot days in the summer, it occurred to me some time ago that the area had the potential to be "Skyline North."

Marty,

Sounds like a terrific location! Thanks for posting. I will have to check out the location on Google Earth. Maybe I can talk my wife into a sled...

Jim,
Does this spot have a name?
We went back, and I want to call it by the correct name.

Marty,

Not that I'm aware of. I usually refer to it as the "Heber Mountain" area.
